HOW IT WORKS
Every Tuesday and Thursday we go through a 50 minute workout designed around the female body - think all over tone without getting bulky.
Each workout forms part of 30 day progressive programme that flows into the next.

WORKOUT STYLE
Our workouts are fun, effective and intimidation free. As there are only 5 spaces per class, you’ll get lots of attention making our workouts suitable for all fitness levels.
We combine familiar movements like lunges and squats with circuits and super-sets using everything from barbells to slam balls, and suspension trainers to kettlebells.
The familiar exercises allow you to feel a sense of accomplishment as you notice yourself getting fitter and stronger, and the varied circuits mean you’ll never get bored.

WORKOUT STRUCTURE
Glow workouts are split into three sections over 50 minutes :
INTENTION SETTING
To begin, you’ll be encouraged to set an intention and write it on your mirror.
A mantra you can return to during moments of struggle to remind you why you came.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
We then move into the ‘workout phase’ of the class - think strength sets, circuits and sweaty finishers.
This combination is specifically designed around the female body to ensure you’re getting strong and toned, without getting bulky. But most importantly, you’ll feel a sense of satisfaction you simply can’t get from endless running or random workouts in the gym.
NERVOUS SYSTEM REGULATION
Lastly, we finish with gentle stretches and nervous system regulation. This will help return your body to a state of calm relaxation so you’re ready to meet the challenges of the day ahead

ABOUT NIKKITA
Feeling insecure in your body and constantly doubting yourself steals joy from so many areas of life. I know because I’ve been there, and I promise, it doesn’t have to be that way.
Having worked with hundreds of women, from stay-at-home mums to globe trotting executives (and being a woman myself), I understand the pressure that comes with trying to have it all.
Many of my clients, regardless of their personal or professional success, start working with me because they feel insecure about their body, have unhealthy habits around food and exercise and no matter how hard they try, they never feel good enough.
It’s why, over the last 14 years I’ve been dedicated to helping women change the way they see themselves, not just changing the way they look.
Dieting doesn’t change our relationship with food. Working out just to lose weight robs us of the satisfaction that comes from moving our body. And both make taking care of ourselves feel more like a chore than the joy it’s meant to be.

ABOUT THE STUDIO
The Found studio is a safe haven. A little sanctuary designed to help you connect to your inner self, fall in love with moving your body and change your relationship with the woman you see in the mirror.
Equipped with individual lockers, each of the five the alcoved stations have all you need for the class ahead.
They're sunken in to remove distractions, reducing anxiety about what your neighbours can see. This way you get the benefit of working out in a group, while being able to focus on your own journey.
The calming colours, natural wooden floors and carefully selected marble features are there to reflect what we so believe to be true :
